Jared Wilson

Jared Wilson serves as the Director of South Carolina Properties, where he provides strategic leadership and unlocks value across commercial and land assets in South Carolina.

Previously, he held several leadership roles in the Multifamily Division, including Director of Pre-Construction and Operations and Carolinas Regional Director, where he led acquisitions, project development, and pre-development operations across the multifamily platform.  Jared also served as the Director of Design for the Self-Storage Division, overseeing design strategy and managing third-party consultants and suppliers. 

Prior to joining JDA in 2017, Jared was the Director of Design & Construction at Pure Barre in Spartanburg, SC, where he developed and maintained, Pure Barre’s Design & Construction Standards for consistency, conformance, economics and code compliance. He began his real estate career at EDENS, based in Columbia, SC, where in his last role he served as Director of Tenant Construction. 

Jared completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Clemson University and currently serves as the Vice President of the Spartanburg Day School Board of Trustees.
