Adam Linnerud

Adam Linnerud serves as a Development Associate at JDA, where he is tasked with overseeing new development projects in the Spartanburg market. His responsibilities include evaluations, due diligence, budgeting and analysis, design review and project management services. Prior to joining JDA in 2024, Adam was a Development Associate for OTO Development, also part of the Johnson Group, and was involved in multiple hotel renovations. Adam holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Clemson University. Outside of the office, Adam and his wife have two children and enjoy traveling together.
