Nolan Sasser

Nolan Sasser joined JDA in 2025 and serves as an Asset Management Analyst in the Self-Storage Division. In this role, he is primarily responsible for assisting with the management of the self-storage portfolio, with a focus on assets located in Florida. His responsibilities also include managing third-party relationships and supporting both the Asset Management team and the Finance Department with project underwriting and financial analysis for new self-storage developments. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Nolan graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Finance. He later earned his MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business. Outside the office, Nolan enjoys golfing, traveling, and is an avid Auburn fan.
