JM DuPree

JM DuPree serves as a Real Estate Analyst for JDA’s Self-Storage Division. In this role, JM assists with underwriting, conducts market research, and identifies and sources new deals throughout the Southeast United States. Prior to joining JDA full-time, JM served as a Development Intern in JDA’s Self-Storage Division. He also gained experience in commercial construction project management with Vannoy Construction and as an Investment Analyst with Greens View Capital. JM earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Financial Business from The University of the South (Sewanee).
