Jason Kennedy

Jason Kennedy serves as Real Estate Manager for Johnson Development Associates' Self-Storage Division. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and advancing new development opportunities across the Mountain West, with a focus on site selection, contract negotiations, and entitlements.

Prior to joining JDA, Jason directed acquisition, entitlement, and development efforts in the Mountain West. His work has been recognized by BD&C and AIA for excellence in real estate development and design.

Jason earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver and a Master of Architecture from Montana State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Jason is also an active mentor with the ACE Mentor Program of Colorado and contributes to local Habitat for Humanity builds.
