Jake Smith

Jake Smith joined JDA in 2023 and serves as a Development Manager for the Self-Storage Division in the Spartanburg Office. Jake is responsible for the design, permitting, and delivery of self-storage projects throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining JDA, Jake worked as a Civil Engineering Project Manager for a civil site design firm in Spartanburg.

Jake is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Jake is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of South Carolina and is currently participating in the Leadership Spartanburg Class of 2023.
