Chris Callahan

As Chief Administrative Officer, Chris Callahan is focused on optimizing organizational performance through the strategic oversight of JDA’s Multifamily Division and direct leadership of the Community and Natural Resources teams.

In his role as President of the Self-Storage Division, Chris is responsible for formulating the strategic plan for the business centered on disciplined growth and managing its implementation with the team.

Previously, Chris served as a Regional Director of the Industrial Division, where he focused on site sourcing in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Prior to joining JDA, Chris served as a Senior Vice President at The Pinkard Group where he was responsible for originating and executing on joint venture real estate investment and development opportunities in the National Capital Region.

Chris received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. He lives in Spartanburg with his wife and their two children.
