Brian Duncan

Brian Duncan serves as a Development Manager for the Self-Storage Division. His responsibilities include the design, permitting, and construction of JDA’s self-storage projects in the Southern California region. Prior to JDA, Brian worked as a Preconstruction Manager for Clark Construction Group in Bethesda, MD and Irvine, CA. Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Real Estate Finance degree from Georgetown University.
