Ashlyn Chester

Ashlyn joined Johnson Development in 2021 as an Asset Management Analyst for the Self-Storage division.  In this role, she assists the Asset Management team with underwriting, operating asset performance analysis, historical rate trends, annual budgets, tax studies and insurance.  Before joining JDA, Ashlyn interned for the Finance team at OTO Development in Spartanburg, SC.  She graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics.
