Ventura Triangle recognized as a finalist in the 2018 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards

Ventura Triangle has been recognized as a 2018 finalist for the PCBC Gold Nugget Awards, which recognizes those who improve communities through exceptional design.  Johnson Development Associates is responsible for the development of Ventura Triangle, a distinctive oceanfront apartment enclave of mid-century-influenced, nautical-inspired buildings.  The buildings enrich a pedestrian-oriented environment that includes a promenade linking residents to the beach, to downtown, and to a new on-site botanical garden.  Ventura Triangle also features club facilities, live/work units, and co-working spaces that animate the promenade.
