Victoria Nelson

Victoria Nelson serves as Asset Manager for the Multifamily Division at Johnson Development Associates, Inc (JDA). In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing property level strategies to enhance asset value and meet investment objectives for her portfolio. Victoria has over 11 years of managerial experience in the Multifamily Industry. She has managed conventional, subsidized, stabilized, renovation, luxury and lease up assets over the length of her career. She holds a North Carolina Real Estate License and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from East Carolina University.
