Pierce Skidmore

Pierce Skidmore joined the JDA Multifamily Division in 2022. In his role as Development Manager, Pierce is responsible for leading and managing the design, permitting, and construction phases of JDA’s multifamily projects in Tampa, Florida. Prior to this role, Pierce served as a Senior Asset Manager for Toorak Capital Partners, Inc, where he assisted in managing a KKR-backed portfolio. His career has included many positions across the industry including construction management, commercial/residential real estate, and finance. Pierce completed his undergraduate at the University of North Florida with a BS in Construction Management and his graduate degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida.
