Pierce Skidmore

Pierce Skidmore joined the JDA Multifamily Division in 2022. In his role as Development Manager, Pierce is responsible for leading and managing the design, permitting, and construction phases of JDA’s multifamily projects in Tampa, Florida. Prior to this role, Pierce served as a Senior Asset Manager for Toorak Capital Partners, Inc, where he was responsible for the workout process of distressed assets on a KKR-backed portfolio. His career has included many positions across the industry from construction project management, commercial/residential real estate, financial analysis, and renewable energy system development. Pierce completed his undergraduate at the University of North Florida with a BS in Construction Management and his graduate degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida.
