Nick Broome

Nick Broome joined the JDA Multifamily Division in 2019 and currently serves as Regional Director of Florida for the Multifamily Division. In his role, Nick is responsible for site selection, pipeline management, project development, and lease-up execution throughout the state of Florida. Prior to this role, Nick served as Senior Development Manager and was responsible for the development and execution of multiple apartment communities in Florida totaling nearly $400MM in investment. Nick joined Johnson Development Associates in 2017 as a Development Analyst for JDA’s Self-Storage Division after earning a degree in Political Science at Clemson University.
