James White

James White joined JDA in 2022 and serves as a Development Manager for the Multifamily Division. In this role, he oversees all aspects of project delivery, from planning and design to permitting and construction. Previously, James led projects in JDA's Self-Storage Division, managing the successful execution of developments across the Southeast. Prior to joining JDA, James worked for Bonitz as a Project Manager specializing in interior finishes and specialty products. James is a graduate of The Citadel and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
