Adam Tietz

Adam Tietz joined JDA as a Real Estate Manager for the Multifamily Division in 2020. He is responsible for market analysis, site selection and acquisition, contract negotiation, project design, and entitlement work for all new multifamily development activities throughout the State of Florida. Adam has over 10 years of development and acquisition experience in both the public and private sectors working on a multitude of projects in the Midwest, Colorado, and Florida. He received a Master’s of Real Estate Development from Clemson University as well as a Master’s of Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska.
