Luke Hale

Luke Hale serves as a Senior Development Manager in JDA's Industrial Division.  His responsibilities include management of the design, permitting and construction process for JDA’s industrial projects in the state of Texas. Prior to joining JDA in 2021, Luke worked as the Director of Development for CiCi Enterprises, LP, a national restaurant chain, where he managed the real estate development and construction of both corporate and franchise locations. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
