Cole Sanford

Cole Sanford is a Real Estate Associate with the Industrial Division at JDA. He is responsible for assisting with sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and entitlements processes for JDA’s Northeast Industrial projects. Cole joined JDA as an Intern with the Self-Storage team in June 2020, and began a full-time role with Industrial in September 2020. Cole graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2020 with a BS in Accounting.
