Savannah Bell

Savannah Bell currently serves as Finance Manager, where she plays a key role in managing the company’s debt platform, financial reporting, and insurance strategy across a diversified real estate portfolio. In her role, Savannah partners closely with internal teams, lenders, and external advisors to drive loan originations, ongoing portfolio management, and capital-related initiatives. She is responsible for overseeing loan closings, monitoring operating covenants, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to financing partners and stakeholders. Savannah also leads the coordination of portfolio-level insurance placement and compliance, helping ensure cost-effective coverage aligned with business needs. 

Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Savannah works across divisions to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making. She is passionate about connecting day-to-day financial operations with broader business objectives and delivering insights that drive long-term value.

Prior to joining JDA in 2021, Savannah worked with Ernst & Young in their financial services tax group. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University. Savannah also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Johnson College of Business and Economics at University of South Carolina-Upstate and previously interned with both JDA and OTO.
