Krista Dempsey

Krista Dempsey serves as Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Operating Officer at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the COO in advancing JDA’s goals and managing day-to-day operations.

Krista has over 20 years of experience in administrative, human resources, and support roles. Prior to joining JDA, Krista worked for the Department of Defense for over eight years, serving in roles such as Project Director, Technical Writer, and Human Resources Program Manager.

Krista is an alumna of Catawba College and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She lives in Spartanburg with her husband, Kevin, and their son, Jack.
