Julie Balmer

Julie Balmer assists the Offices of General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Johnson Development Associates, Inc., supporting real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and sales across the Self-Storage, Spartanburg Properties, and Natural Resources divisions.

A Spartanburg native, Julie brings over 20 years of experience as a senior paralegal, with a background in family law transactions and a range of litigation matters. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Spartanburg Methodist College in 2007.

Outside of work, Julie volunteers in the children’s ministry at her church and enjoys spending time on her family farm with her husband.
