Devin Bird

Devin Bird is the CFO of Johnson Management. In this role, Devin oversees financial reporting, investments, capital allocation, strategy, and evaluation of new investment opportunities for The Johnson Group.

Prior to joining Johnson Management, Devin was a Partner at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors, supporting family ownership groups to transition ownership and management across generations, create owner strategy, and design corporate and family governance.

Devin joined Banyan after working as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and as a Certified Public Accountant in KPMG’s Audit practice. At Bain, he developed and implemented growth and performance improvement plans related to market expansion, customer acquisition and retention, footprint optimization, and large-scale change.

Devin received his BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and his MBA with High Distinction from The Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.

Devin enjoys all things outdoors with his wife and two sons, particularly boating, fishing, and wakeboarding. Devin has served as a volunteer missionary in Brazil, and as a teacher and youth leader at his church.
