Brooks Cochran

Brooks Cochran is the Director of Operations for the Industrial Division at Johnson Development Associates. He previously served as the Director of Finance for JDA. In his previous role, Brooks focused on cash management, financial reporting, asset management, and investment analysis. He also assisted the CFO with bank relationships and project financing for JDA’s multifamily, industrial, and self-storage divisions.

Prior to joining JDA, Brooks was a Senior Manager of FP&A at American Credit Acceptance. Previous experience includes Bridgewater Associates & BNY Mellon in Westport, CT, Magnitude Capital, an investment management company in New York City, and two logistics startups in Charleston, SC. Brooks is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College. He graduated with Honors from the Darla Moore School of Business with a degree in International Business & Global Supply Chain Operations Management.

Brooks resides in his hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina and is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.
