Briana Hegedus

Briana Hegedus supports the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. across all divisions, with a focus on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and dispositions. Her work spans the full transaction lifecycle for all of JDA's asset classes. Prior to joining JDA in 2023, Briana spent a decade at a Spartanburg law firm, where she served as office manager and paralegal supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation matters. She earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Spartanburg Community College in 2013 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree at USC Upstate. Briana is a Spartanburg native, and a 2026 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg.
