Blake Spencer

Blake Spencer serves as Chief Financial Officer for Johnson Development Associates. In his role, he is responsible for cash management, financial reporting, asset management and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing banking relationships and procuring project financing for JDA's multi-family, industrial and self-storage divisions. After joining JDA in June of 2015 as a Finance Analyst, he helped launch JDA's Natural Resources Division before becoming Director of Finance for JDA. Blake also interned with OTO Development in Finance during the summer of 2014. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from The Williams School of Commerce.

Blake has served on the Chapman Cultural Center General Operating Support committee, is a member of United Way of the Piedmont Young Leaders, and serves as an Annual Fund Class Agent for Washington and Lee University.
