Ambyr Lucas

Ambyr Lucas serves as Director of Human Resources at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. (JDA). In this role, Ambyr is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in all areas of the Company's human resources strategy including benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, and regulatory compliance. With 15 years of HR Management experience, Ambyr has led HR teams across the nation, including in her home state of California where she is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca). Prior to joining JDA, Ambyr held HR roles in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. She is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach.

Ambyr volunteers at Meeting Street Academy, is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is a member of OneSpartanburg Inc.'s Talent Council.
