Josh Sherman

Josh Sherman serves as a Development Manager for the Self-Storage Division of Johnson Development Associates. Josh is responsible for the design, permitting and delivery of self-storage projects in the Northeast Region. Prior to joining JDA in 2021, Josh worked for a New Jersey-based multifamily developer.  He earned Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development degrees from The University of Southern California.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
