Martin Huff, Self-Storage Asset Manager
Martin Huff joined Johnson Development Associates Self-Storage Division in 2014. He serves as the Asset Manager, acting as the point person new facility openings and managing relationships across all open facilities. Previously, Martin served as a Real Estate Manager for the Self-Storage Division. Prior to joining JDA, Martin served as a business and financial analyst for American Credit Acceptance, a capitol solutions firm in the sub-prime auto finance industry. Martin also served as an intern for OTO Development in Operations during the summer of 2010 and winter of 2012. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College.
Martin is actively involved in the Spartanburg community, serving on the Board of Directors in leadership roles for United Way of the Piedmont Young Leaders, Hub City Farmer's Market, and the Children's Security Blanket. He co-founded the 1831 Gala, an annual black tie benefit sponsored by United Way Young Leaders and Spartanburg Young Professionals, and he graduated from Leadership Spartanburg in 2016. He was selected as the Walter S. Montgomery Young Leader of the Year 2016 and remains active in One Spartanburg through the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
