Patrick Sullivan

Patrick joined Johnson Development in 2021 as a Real Estate Analyst for the Multifamily Division. In this role, he assists the Multifamily team with sourcing, underwriting, asset performance analysis, historical rate trends, and overall market research. Before joining JDA, Patrick interned for the Real Estate team at OTO Development in Spartanburg, SC. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Politics.
