Kenneth Kubitschek

Kenneth Kubitschek is a Real Estate Manager for the Industrial Division of JDA. He is responsible for the sourcing, site selection, development, management, and leasing of JDA’s industrial projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining JDA, Kenneth served as an Associate at Rubenstein Partners, engaging in underwriting, management, and leasing for the acquisitions and asset management teams. In addition to his most recent position with Rubenstein, Kenneth previously worked as an Analyst for Eastdil Secured in Atlanta, helping to underwrite and transact on over $1.9 billion of retail, office, and industrial properties. Kenneth received a BS in Business Administration and Management from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
