Conner Young

Conner Young serves as the Senior Asset Manager for the Self-Storage Division. He is responsible for maximizing the financial and operating performance of the JDA’s national portfolio of storage assets. Conner seamlessly transitioned from JDA's finance team where he served as a Senior Finance Associate. In this role, he was responsible for arranging construction and permanent financing, portfolio management, and financial modeling. Prior to joining JDA, Conner was a Credit Portfolio Manager at TD Bank, where he managed a $200 million portfolio of commercial mortgage loans. Before joining TD Bank, he worked for Lincoln Financial Group, where he helped to originate over $1.1 billion of commercial mortgage loans. Conner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Texas Christian University. Conner and his wife live in Boiling Springs, SC with their two dogs, Knox and Jolene.
