Claudia Ruffin

Claudia Albergotti Ruffin serves as the Communications Director of Johnson Management and Johnson Development Associates, Inc. (JDA). She is responsible for leading internal and external communication efforts for JDA and The Johnson Group. Claudia also serves as the liaison to the community for the major philanthropic endeavors of the Johnson family within the community of Spartanburg.  Prior to joining JDA, Claudia worked for MotionPoint Corporation in Boca Raton, Florida, providing strategic consultation on digital market expansion for current and prospective clients.  She has also worked with the Aspen Institute in Aspen, Colorado.  Claudia is originally from Anderson, South Carolina, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wofford College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Claudia serves on the Executive Board of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce and the board of the University of South Carolina-Upstate Foundation. She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg and serves on the organization's Board of Regents.
