Central to JDA's philosophy is our responsibility to give back to the community. That is why we are involved in a number of unique development projects in our backyard.  We are proud to call Spartanburg home and even prouder to have the opportunity to contribute to its growth.

Below are just a few of JDA’s latest community revitalization projects.

Carrington   Carrington is a 40-lot traditional neighborhood development, acting as a natural extension of Converse Heights. It is located conveniently close to shopping and dining, and has plenty of green space available for recreation and relaxation.

Library Commons   Rising from the corner of East Broad and South Liberty streets, Library Commons’ newly completed brick and stucco exterior spans 4 stories with a private parking garage and opportunities for high-visibility retail and office space on the street level.

Broadwalk   The attractive Broadwalk center is conveniently located in Spartanburg's central business district. JDA's planned redevelopment of Broadwalk promises to further unveil the potential in downtown Spartanburg.

Office   By developing state-of-the-art, Class A office space, JDA is contributing to the ongoing economic and visual renaissance of our city.
