Victoria Nelson

Victoria Nelson serves as the Asset Manager for the Multifamily Division at Johnson Development Associates, Inc (JDA). In this role, she is responsible for generating and driving the overall strategic direction and effectively managing all JDA multifamily assets and Asset Management Associates. Victoria began her career in the Multifamily Industry in 2010 as a Regional Manager leading to over a decade of managerial experience. She has managed conventional, subsidized, stabilized, renovation, luxury and lease up assets over the length of her career. She holds a North Carolina Real Estate License and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from East Carolina University.
