Mike O'Neill

Mike O’Neill serves as Director of Construction for Johnson Development Associates, Inc. In his role, Mike is responsible for developing a team of Development Managers and overseeing the execution of our multifamily pipeline from the pre-construction phase through Certificate of Occupancy.

Mike previously served as a Senior Development Manager with Johnson Development Associates’ Self-Storage Division and OTO Development. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and attended The University of Florida for a Master of Science degree in Building Construction. Mike has extensive contracting experience in both commercial and custom home projects and holds a GC license in the state of FL. He is married with two children that keep him busy with travel sports teams.
